Return Policy

  • We can only accept returns of damaged butterflies for replacement with the same item only.*
  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your butterfly arrived damaged.
  • For instructions on how to receive a replacement butterfly, please fill out the form below.

Because of the excellent packaging we get almost no claims regarding damaged frames. We double check each frame before we send them out to insure that each frame is in good condition .If you happen to have the misfortune of receiving a damaged product please email us right away to receive an authorization number and instructions on making the return.  Since this is damage that will have occurred during shipping it becomes an insurance issue so we must follow the shippers policy. Please advise us within 3 days of receiving your order or we cannot accept the return.

Did you Get a Damaged Order?

When upacking it, be careful: Remember the products are fragile and contain glass , If there is broken glass please carefully remove it without touching the glass with your bare hands, save the packaging and shipping receipts and fill out the form below immediately.

*Due to the fragile nature of the product and the importance of packaging we cannot risk receiving a damaged product on the return shipments. For this reason, Beautiful Mountain Butterfly does  not accept exchanges or refunds on any butterfly frames. All sales are final.
